He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm, leading its vision and strategic direction.
Post qualification, he gained valuable experience with a leading internal audit firm, working with prominent clients across the manufacturing and trading sectors. Driven by a passion for practice, he transitioned into building a professional firm focused on delivering high-quality advisory services.
His core areas of expertise include GST, Internal Audit, and RERA consulting. He has been actively assisting clients with GST impact analysis, implementation, and compliance.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm, driving its vision, strategy, and growth.
Prior to establishing his practice, he gained valuable experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, building strong expertise in handling complex financial and regulatory matters.
He brings extensive experience in Income Tax, Statutory Audit, and Tax Audit, serving leading corporate clients across industries such as Media & Entertainment, Construction, and Manufacturing. He actively focuses on identifying opportunities and leveraging them to drive the firm’s growth and expansion.

Company Secretary
CS Madhuri Bohra is a dynamic and detail-oriented Company Secretary with strong expertise in Corporate Law and regulatory compliance. She brings a sharp understanding of legal frameworks and corporate governance practices.
She has led and executed key legal assignments including shareholder agreements, memoranda of understanding, and compliances under RBI and FEMA regulations. She is also actively involved in the incorporation and structuring of corporate entities in India.
She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. With over 8 years of experience, She currently handles work related to corporate law, compliance, and secretarial matters.
